On a Personal Note:
Julie and her husband Phil have been married since 1983 and traveled the United States for the first part of their marriage while Phil served as an Officer in the United States Navy. In 1991 Phil retired as a Navy Retired Captain and moved to Tualatin, Oregon, where they now reside with cats Kyle and Nemo.
Julie and Phil have been blessed with a son and a daughter, Ryan and Nicki. Julie is very proud of how wonderful both children have grown into impressive young adults. Ryan is currently studying manufacturing engineer with a business emphasis at OSU and Nicki is a creative advertising major at UOI.
